The Double BG shown here has the second chamber F#/G tonehole moved to the underside of the ocarina where it is covered by the right thumb (this configuration is often referred to as Japanese style or Osawa style fingering). The reason this F#/G tonehole is moved to the underside is because it and the E/F# toneholes are somewhat large, meaning that covering them both with the index finger is somewhat challenging.
